1. How do I pay for my purchase?
COVE HOME accepts PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Items are charged at the time of purchase and are prepared for dispatched once full payment has been received. All credit card details are encrypted. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

Prices are in United Kingdom pounds and include VAT.
1. How is my order shipped and how long will it take to receive it?
Our products are posted via Royal Mail, using standard delivery. You should receive your item within standard Royal Mail time frames. Please allow 2 – 5 business days to receive your goods if you are in the UK. Please allow 3 – 15 business days if you are outside the UK. We post from London, UK.
2. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping at standard Royal Mail rates (based on weight). We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our sole discretion. If we make this decision we will refund any monies paid.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Our flat rate within Australia is calculated at £5 on orders under £50 in value and free shipping is offered for orders over £50. International orders are calculated based on weight, starting at £10 flat rate for purchases under 500 grams. We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our sole discretion. If we make this decision we will refund any monies paid.

1. How do I return something I am not happy with?
COVE HOME takes great care in creating and sourcing the best quality products. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately, via email. If the product is damaged or faulty we will gladly replace it where possible. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. COVE HOME needs to be notified via email within 2 days of receiving your products.
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt. You may return the item to us as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging with all tags and stickers intact (we will provide you with a delivery address). We must receive the item within 10 days of your email to us.
In the event of return or exchange the cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned via registered mail as COVE HOME will not be held responsible for goods missing in transit. Please ensure your receipt is enclosed with the products.
Please allow 5-15 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. There will be no refund or exchange on sale items unless the item is flawed or damaged.
