Refund policy


COVE HOME takes great care in creating and sourcing the best quality products. However, if for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately via email. If the product is damaged or faulty we will gladly replace it. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. COVE HOME needs to be notified via email within 2 days of receiving the products.

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us via email within 2 days of receipt. You may return the item to us as long as it has not been used and is in its original packaging with all tags and stickers intact. We must receive the item within 10 days of your email to us (we will provide you with a delivery address).

In the event of return or exchange the cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned via registered mail as COVE HOME will not be held responsible for goods missing in transit. Please ensure your receipt is enclosed with the products.

Please allow 5-15 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. There will be no refund or exchange on sale items unless the item is flawed or damaged.

Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account before contacting your bank (see above for anticipated refund timings). There may be some additional processing time before a refund is posted by your bank. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
please send us an email.
